A: The elephant motif represents Bianca’s last name, which means elephant in Zulu. The elephant has a little hidden heart at the base and another sprouting from the trunk, representing the value of love, inside and out.

A: Absolutely! We are team players and this is YOUR big day. We will work with all your ideal vendors because it is important to us to ensure that you are comfortable with every aspect of the planning process.
Q: HOW DO YOU KEEP TRACK OF EVERYTHING FOR EACH CLIENT?
A: We keep everything organized for you via our online planning tool as well as GoogleApps, such as GoogleDocs and GoogleSheets. Our planning tools allow us to stay on top of your to-do list – but also keep communication key to ensure the utmost organization.
Q: HOW MANY WEDDINGS DO YOU TAKE ON EACH YEAR?
A: We only accept a limited number of weddings each year. This allows us to provide you with the love and individual attention you deserve and approach each event with a fresh perspective.

Q. DO YOU CARRY LIABILITY INSURANCE?
A: We sure do! We carry a 2 million dollar liability coverage and encourage your vendors to carry insurance as well.
Q. HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
A: Since every wedding is a unique experience and each couple has different wants and needs, we offer customized proposals that fit your wedding needs. Ultimately, our package costs are determined by the level of service you want, location of your wedding, travel, number of service hours, as well as the complexity and size of your event.
Q: DO YOU WORK WITH DESTINATION AND OUT OF TOWN CLIENTS? DO YOU TRAVEL?
A: Yes! We are passport ready and love to travel.
Q: WHAT IS THE ABF PAYMENT SCHEDULE?
A: Our contract requires a 50% deposit, which can be broken down in in two installments. 25% due at signing and then 25% a month after. The rest, 25% is due 3 months out and the remaining balance is due 1 month out.
