The bespoke experience includes the complete selection and management of your vendor team, wedding design, and all the heavy lifting of getting everything set up and executed flawlessly on the Big day.   • Unlimited phone and e-mail communication/advice for client
  • Advise client on etiquette, budget and stylistic elements
  • Recommend venues and vendors in each category in accordance with event budget and style
  • Attend site visit(s) with client to establish the event style, direction and flow
  • Event design (color palette, linens, lighting, stationery, florals, cake design, rentals, tablescape design, room layout, etc)
  •  Determination of the products/services to be ordered, price negotiations and management with network vendors
  • Review all vendor contracts
  • Guidance on wedding etiquette
  • Create budget, manage deposit schedule and payments
  • Decor conceptualization and coordinate overall event vision and design
  • Act as the liaison between client and vendors for all logistical needs
  • Provide guidance and sample text for printed materials including: save the date, invitation, ceremony program, and menu
  • Set up and manage hotel blocks for out-of-town guests
  • Schedule and book all guest and family transportation to/from ceremony and reception
  • Advise on menu planning and attend tasting with caterer
  • Coordinate aspects of rehearsal dinner (including but not limited to; site scouting and decor design)
  • Attend final venue walk-through with client to establish event style, direction, and flow (4-6 weeks before the big day)
  • Create a comprehensive timeline of the wedding day
  • Coordinate rehearsal with (or without) the Officiant
  • Confirm all details and arrival times for vendors
  • Create and provide schedule/timeline for wedding party, family and VIP guests
  • Coordinate all aspects of YOUR celebration, to include vendor management and coordination
  • Coordinate all deliveries and setup of all wedding elements in accordance with vendor contracts
  • Coordinate distribution of final payments and gratuities
  • Ensure transportation is coordinated properly and on time
  • Provide event emergency kit (including sewing kit, stain remover, first aid kit, scissors, etc)
  • Organize and set up favors, escort cards, place cards and menu cards
  • Cue all music changes and speeches with band/DJ
  • Cue guest of honor and family for special moments including: cake cutting, toasts and dancing
  • Serve as point person for all vendors—cueing timing throughout event
  • Coordinate the organization of all items to be picked up by rental companies, florist, etc
  • Collect and pack up all personal items (wedding gifts, photos, guest book, etc) in to designated car
  • Manage and remedy all moment-to-moment challenges
